"I really want to love this shirt because the design is so cute! Unfortunately my shirt arrived without my monogram, so I have not even taken it out of the bag because I am attempting to return it. My return request was approved on July 9th, however I have still not received a return label or further instructions on how to complete the return. My numerous emails to customer service asking for assistance have not been answered. I am a long time MarleyLilly customer and have always been so impressed with their products and service. Super surprised and disappointed by their lack of support."
"The shirt was shorter in length than what I like also when they sewed the pocket with the monogram, it was not laying flat. The pocket is bumpy and you can tell the monogram is sewn to the shirt."
