"I really want to love this shirt because the design is so cute! Unfortunately my shirt arrived without my monogram, so I have not even taken it out of the bag because I am attempting to return it. My return request was approved on July 9th, however I have still not received a return label or further instructions on how to complete the return. My numerous emails to customer service asking for assistance have not been answered. I am a long time MarleyLilly customer and have always been so impressed with their products and service. Super surprised and disappointed by their lack of support."
