"I’ve only had this rolling cart for 3 months and 2 out of the 3 handles have already came detached on one side, so now the straps just hang. I was really hoping for good quality from this brand as it had my first monogram with my married name on it. I really think you should work on improving the quality of the handles on the bag and how they are attached to the bag."
