Calling the customer a liar even when proof was provided.

"I have had exceptional experiences with your company until my last order. When my order did not arrive as I ordered for Christmas gift I contacted your customer service to let them know of the error. At the time I was not expecting any action other than “we made a mistake” but instead I get an email that tells me it processed as it was ordered although I provided screenshots of the confirmation which showed the monogram as I ordered as well as the order number I was asked to send pictures of the bags as I received them as if to prove I was not lying which again that’s fine, I’m sure there’s plenty that would lie so I supplied a photo of each bag as requested showing they were not monogrammed only to receive another email stating the reason again, was that it was processed as I ordered. (No monogram) I provided proof, a copy of my email showing the confirmed order with each bag showing the monogram I ordered and the confirmation number. Now of my order with photos of the monograms I ordered. It wasn’t until several emails later it was said due to the licenses the monogram I asked for (USM AND Roll Tide) you were unable to provide due to the bags. This made sense and I was not aware but… I am not sure why this was not shared on the very first response?? This reason should have been the first response email. Instead continued to tell me it was processed as ordered is very unprofessional. In using that excuse you are calling me the customer a liar even when I provided proof of otherwise. So because of this treatment I wish you the best, but I will not be ordering from your company in future."
