- On the monogram, when I put the initials on the order, do I enter the letters as it will appear on the boot?
- You will enter them in natural order and if you select a monogram font it will put the last letter typed larger and in the center.
- Are these boots lined in the toes?

- Before I order these duck boots are they plus size for the calves and I wear size 8 do I need to go up size 9 I don't want to order if it doesn't work out
