- I received the orange leopard print mask as a free item. They fit better than any mask I have ever worn, so I decided to order the monogrammed mask and they are so big that they want stay on my face. I have washed them in hot water and dried them on high heat to try and shrink them and they still are too big. Do the plain ones fit snugger? .
- Hi Beth! Oh no, I'm sorry you're having trouble. Our non-monogrammed face masks do fit slightly different than our Monogrammed Face Mask because they have a different construction in order to monogram them. You could always try to add some strap adjusters to help!
- Is the embroidery all the way through all layers of this mask? is there a bendable nose piece to shape around the nose?

- My ear strap broke on the mask. I think it is a little too small for my face. Since I've used it and with the Coronavirus risk, I'd like to keep it and to try to repair it, but I wanted to see if you would refund a portion of the price or credit me, or send me another mask because it was around $20 and I've had to sew and modify it myself.
