"I do machine embroidery for a hobby. I was disappointed in the size of the H in my monogram. It should have been the same size as the C. I may seem picky but a person doing the embroidery for a company such as yours should have known to make the 2 letters the same size."
"The bag is super cute, but it is a little on the cheap side. I actually have purchased 4 of these total as gifts and every single one of them has had the zipper bust out within a few months. Its not a super expensive bag- so Im not really complaining- but it has been kind of disappointing about the zipper. Had hoped to be able to use it with the zipper for longer than a few months.
