I never received my pancho
"I never received my pancho or the monogram packing bag set, it was a Christmas gift and I have emailed Marleylilly and spoke with a rep who did confirm that my package had been returned not sure exactly why!! I requested the package to be resent back and confirmed the address again but have not heard back at all!! It’s been a couple of weeks!!"

- I'd be happy to provide some guidance. You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name. So if the name is Susan Mary McFarlane you would type in SMF. This will put the F in the center for the last name and reflect so in the monogram preview.
