"A couple of years ago I ordered a monogrammed poncho and have enjoyed it so much because it’s not only perfect for regular wear but also great to keep in the car to throw on when the weather suddenly changes or you go into a cold restaurant. It folds up into a neat little square and takes up so little room . They are perfect gifts done in team colors for sporting events . The knit fabric is soft with great quality. Mine still looks like new after lots of wear . A few weeks ago my sister’s home burned and it was a total loss of everything she owned . Insurance coverage is good but I wanted to get her some personal things to cheer her up and immediately ordered from you . Her eyes lit up when she saw the hot pink poncho , an umbrella, tote bag , etc all with her initials . Thank you for making products that make people feel special and they know are ‘just for them’."

- I ordered six Crimson colored ponchos with monograms for Christmas for my family members. When my daughter opened hers up yesterday at Christmas apparently I put her monogram on the order wrong. I put her The initial for her last name as her maiden name instead of the initial for her married name. Is there anyway I can exchange the poncho? At the time when I purchased the six ponchos, the price was $19.99. Now the website has the punches for $39.99.
