Great size but won’t stand up straight

"I love the concept but the rolling tote I received is very difficult to use (whether 1/2 full or totally ful)l because it will not stand up on its wheels. It falls over to one side or the other, making rolling very difficult. I’m really disappointed considering the cost of this rolling tote bag."

Very cute, but not practical.

"I was so excited to order and receive my personalized travel bag. Quality of bag itself is great overall and wonderful size. However, the handles are not sturdy enough to support the movement of rolling through an airport, sidewalk or parking lot. You actually have to drag the bag because the handles are not upright like on other rolling suitcases or bags. This causes your arm and shoulder undue stress, especially when covering large distances in large airports. I’ve now removed the wheels and just use it for overnights traveling by car. Please engineer the handles for better use for future customers of this product!"

"The bag itself is cute! But, the overall quality is not! Unfortunately, my wheels fall off randomly, I haven’t had the bag 1 year and it’s scuffed up, the bag is bent towards one side and I’m unable to fix it, and more. Again, it’s cute but not worth the hassle it brings!!"

The standard carry-on size for most major U.S. airlines is 22" x 14" x 9", including handles and wheels. This item measures approximately 19"W X 14"H X 9"D That said, we still recommend double-checking with the airline you plan to go with, as their standards might differ.
How are the monograms configured? As far a first, middle, last?
Hi, I'd be happy to provide some guidance.  You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name. what color thread will match the brown color on the bag the best? From what I can tell, it would be the chocolate brown but I know colors on screen can be a bit different.
