Embroidery Gone Wrong

"I am confused as to why the letter was embroidered not just on the pocket but completely through the pocket and shirt. As a result, it creates a very bunchey look of the material when worn. I was hopeful that this would be a product that I could gift family/friends so thankfully I ordered one for myself to test it out and was so disappointed."
