"Such a pleasure to deal with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe and realized the monogrammed piece was detachable so thought I would call to see if I could switch the shoe to the proper size. It was so easy to get a person on the phone. The person I spoke with was lovely said it would not be a problem to swap the shoe, I just needed to keep the monogram piece and return the shoe and once I did that they would replace the shoe with the proper size. Everything went as planned. I will certainly be a customer again since they were a pleasure to do business with."
