"I was so excited to have this bag as I travel for work frequently. When I first got it I was disappointed with the overall quality - arm is flimsy, wheels and zipper are very cheap - ZERO QUALITY. I just used it for the first time and it is already dented. The quality overall is very poor - this is the only bad product i have received from MARLEYLILLY, and I have ordered numerous items. I would definitely stay away from the product, which makes me said to say. One star rating is is more than it deserves. . . . ."
