"I love the physical design of this product, but it should be shipped in a box instead of a bag/envelope. It got squished during shipping and the color majorly faded in all of the wrinkles from where it got squished. :( So now there are light brown lines all throughout the front of it. I want to order this bag for my son with the chocolate thread as pictured. However, when I put in his initials and it shows me an example of the monogram, it is hard to see and looks like an iron on monogram and not a darker sewn monogram (as in the one shown on the page).
