"I ordered two bags, a bible cover, and ice packs as Christmas gifts. Items did not arrive on time and were not in good shape. The bible cover came with holes in the spot where a pen goes. There were loose threads sticking out of the embroidery. One of the two bags came with a white stain on the black canvas, the sewing on straps was busted and coming apart, and a gash on/ chunk missing on the faux leather strap. I emailed, chatted, and called without a single response other than an automated message saying someone would contact me in 24 hrs. It has been 11 days and no one has contacted me. I ended up trying to repair the items since it was the 23rd when they arrived and NO ONE returned any of my calls, chats, or emails. It really sucked spending almost $200 and giving people damaged gifts. I will not shop with this place again."
