If I order now will I receive it before Christmas? And if I want to order two with different initials how do I do that? Cause it ask if you want to add additional but how do I go back to have different initials?

I just received this and it’s a gift. I opened to check it out and it’s beautiful but Is there anyway to get monogrammed disc to stay visible in front? . It falls to back as soon as it is put on.
