"I ordered this bag for a trip to Cancun. Well the bag is cheaply made for the price I paid. The zippers are cheap quality. I checked my bag on my flight and when it came out of baggage claim the side zipper had come undone, one of my Birkenstock sandals was out of the bag and the other was hanging out. I had this trouble all week with this bag with the zippers! When I lifted the garment bag flaps one ripped. I will never spend my money here again."

"Love the style of the bag, the size, print and monogram is all perfection. But the reason I’m giving it a lower rating is that when it arrived the strap on the bag that holds the bag onto a suitcase handle is cut in half and stapled back together. Like 6-10 metal staples holding it together. 🤯ðŸ˜"
