"I bought these for vacation and started wearing them to break them in and let me tell you the bottom has no traction at all on a concrete hill (not steep at all ) I slipped and busted my knee open because of the bottom of these shoes . Very cute but very slippery and caused me to get hurt ."

Sent wrong size

"The shoes are very cute! The only thing wrong is that I ordered a size 8 and received a size 9. They are way too big! Also the earrings I ordered the first pair sent were broken and I ordered another pair and they sent me the silver studs when I ordered gold. I love this store I have just had something wrong with my last 3 orders placed."

Is it possible to order today and have by 2/10

I want this sandals. Only thing that concerns me is the width. I don’t have a narrow foot. Not the widest. But ……. How is return on monogramm’s.
Hey Debora, Thanks so much for your interest in our products! These sandals are a pretty standard width but some customers have said they run slightly narrow. If you aren't able to wear other sandals, these might not work for you either! The discs on these sandals are removable, so if they don't fit - we can offer an exchange pending they are unworn and can be sold to another customer. They'd need to be shipped back to us by you and look brand new! Hope that answers all your questions, if not - email us!

I wear a 9.5 what size should I order?
Hi Daniell! The Monogrammed Flip Flops do run true to size so a size 10 may be a little big if you are typically a size 9.5. I would stick with a size 9. Since the monogram part is removable, if you decide to purchase them and they do not fit, we are happy to look into options for you in regards to returning them. Happy shopping!
