"I ordered this backpack and matching lunchbox for my daughter starting Kindergarten. We are a month into school and the zipper is already broken and the back pack is unusable… of course no where local has backpacks in stock since kids have already don’t back to school shopping. Now I’m stuck trying to find a replacement online to get here quickly. Also, the backpack is very lightly used during the day. I pack it in the morning, she unpacks at school and hangs it on her hook every day. No reason a zipper should break that easily. Just cheap."
