Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.

With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

Inseam

Wearing pants that fit well, measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of the leg.
