Hi Julie! We do not have plans to launch YXL in this product. We do have adult sizes available.

Can you monogram with a very letter monogram? (AKMT), I’ve seen people put AK on same side or A left K right T top middle and M brow the t middle.
Hi Holly T, We'd be happy to provide some guidance.  You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name. I have a 5’2” granddaughter that would normally wear an adult XS or size 0. Do you think a kids YL size would fit or should I order an adult S?

Your Size YL is a 14/16 while our Women's Size Small is a 4/6. Regrettably, we think a Women's Size XS would be the right size - but it's not available in this item.
