"I was very impressed. This is a high quality bag that will last for a very long time. The straps are solid and will not be peeling like many straps on purses after some good use. The ordering process was super easy and while shipping took a bit longer than I would have liked the service was very good. I was informed about the shipping process along the way and reminded that my package would be arriving two days before and day of as well as after it arrived. This was my very first experience with this company and I will order from Marleylilly again!"
