Messed Up Orders
"I placed an order with MarleyLily for 2 items. I received what I thought was my order until I opened the box to find out it was another person’s order. I called MarleyLily the next day and told them what happened so they sent my order back through. At almost a week later, I received yet again somebody else’s order. I called the next day and told them that I got someone else’s order yet again. I told them I wanted my shipped to me overnight and the lady says only one item from my order was available to ship with her saying that one of my items was out of stock. Of course, it would be out of stock cause 2 different people got my order. The warehouse needs to pay more attention when they are packing orders and make sure that the order goes to the correct person. I love to buy from MarleyLily but not after this headache for 2 weeks in a row."
