"I loved the bag upon first getting it, it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I brought it on an 8 night cruise & used it for the first time on the first day. By day 3 of my cruise after putting nothing more than beach towels, a wallet, & a water bottle in it the bag tore in serveral different places so bad that it was no longer usable. I threw the bag away instead of taking it home with me — it was damaged beyond repair. I’m terribly disappointed as I thought I’d found a great deal on a beautiful bag."

- Are the cotton straps removable so I can change them to match different outfits?
- The straps can be undone and removed if you wish! But we do not offer different straps.
- Are there two straps? One on each side. All the pictures look like just one on the monogrammed side.

- Is the bottom of this bag a flat bottom ? I can’t really tell from the pictures
