Packaging and Presentation

"My order arrived very quickly, and I was pleased with the quality of the bags. Unfortunately, the packaging and delivery presentation did not reflect the quality of the product. Because I purchased the bags as gifts, I assumed they would arrive packaged nicely and in a way that would help maintain their shape. Instead, one of the bags appeared to have been haphazardly placed in the box, with the strap tangled and scattered. I had to figure out how to properly wrap it and even create a makeshift band to hold it together. Additionally, the shipping box was not large enough to accommodate the bags properly, causing them to bend in areas where they should not have been folded. Finding appropriately sized gift boxes to repackage them has also been a challenge. The bags themselves are beautiful and of good quality, but I was disappointed with the packaging, especially since they were intended to be given as gifts. I hope more care can be taken with packaging and presentation in the future."
