"For such cute products, I expected more from the packaging. I ordered multiple blankets as employee gifts. Each was stuffed into a cheap, crinkly plastic bag, and none were even folded nicely. It was like someone took them out to monogram, then stuffed it back in without thought of presentation. If you can improve the quality of packaging and the ""unboxing experience,"" it will greatly elevate your customer's desire to shop with you again!"
