Delivery Turnaround on Orders

New orders can still arrive by Mother’s Day! Select “Before Mother’s Day” as your shipping method at checkout.

If you placed your order with Economy or Priority Ground shipping prior to 5/1 at 11 AM EST, both of these methods are expected to arrive by Mother’s Day.

New orders ship in 2-6 days!

Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule so it will ship within 2-3 business days from our facility in Greenville, SC. The rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online. Economy ships via Amazon Shipping, FedEx Ground Economy, or USPS Ground Advantage with a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority Ground ships via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery and has a transit time of 2-5 days.

Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two. Filigree Jewelry has a 14-business-day processing time, cannot be rushed and is no longer expected to arrive by Mother's Day.
