After Monday, December 23rd at 2:00PM it will not be possible for us to accept a new order for December 24th delivery. Our offices are closed from the afternoon of the 23rd until 8am on December 26th so our staff can spend time with their families. New orders placed from December 23rd-December 26th will be shipped starting on the 27th when we return and are expected to ship quickly, as our production department is caught up!
Starting December 19th, you will need to choose Expedited Shipping in order to receive a new order by December 24th. Pricing for this option will be displayed at check out depending on your address and the items in your order.
December 18th is the last day to use Free Shipping or Standard Shipping to receive a NEW personalized order before Christmas within the USA! We work 7 days a week and 24 hours a day this time of year to make sure that will happen. This is based on the USPS system telling us that your order should arrive. If you are choosing standard shipping, we are at the mercy of the postal service holding up their end of the bargain. We will monogram and ship your order on time according to their cut off dates based on your address! We are not responsible for the postal service delivering packages past their stated transit times. If you are needing a full guarantee, please choose overnight or second day shipping so the method is guaranteed by the shipping carrier. Packages ship from Greenville, South Carolina.
Great News! Personalized orders typically ship from our facility in Greenville, SC within 3-5 business days. If you need something faster, we suggest choosing the RUSH Processing fee at checkout. The RUSH fee will move your order to the top of our production department so it will leave our facility in 1-2 business days.
Some orders that are placed during major sales or contain free gifts could take an additional day or two.
