Hi Judy! Here are the instructions: x STEP 1: Thoroughly clean the surface to which the vinyl is being applied (window cleaner works well) x STEP 2: The surface must be completely dry and free of debris x STEP 3: Measure and mark area before applying vinyl x STEP 4: Peel tape underneath design slowly and carefully x STEP 5: Apply in one direction such as left to right, being careful to apply consistent pressure x STEP 6: Before removing outer tape, ensure proper adhesion by raking design thoroughly from the center out with the flat edge of a credit card until all edged are pressed x STEP 7: Slowly remove transfer tape in one direction, pulling slowly to the side rather than up x Step 8: As you peel the transfer tape up check vinyl for peeling to ensure proper adhesion
