Would this fit a plus size lady?

I would like to order the black Monogrammed Blanket Hoodie for my husband but he dont want the pumpkin, is there a area in the ordering that I can request the pumpkin be left off? Also are we able to get the initials on the sleeve instead of the front? Thank you so much for your time!
