"I really like how light they are. I had an issue with the monogrammed portion on one shoe so I contacted customer service and it was quickly resolved with a replacement. I will be ordering from them soon. They have a repeat customer! Thank you for everything. I love the mocha color. It matches with everything I have so they will be worn repeatedly."
"Very very cute shoes. Material is kinda cheap and the insoles are very hard. I read reviews beforehand and was very hopeful they would be as comfortable as others stated but they are not. A bit disappointing but for the price I paid (on sale) I can just deal with it and wear them for the short time span im sure they only last for. They also run big."
"These shoes are comfortable, but I do have a few concerns about their durability and fit. The soles are made of a dense foam material, and I would be surprised if they lasted a full year with regular wear. The interior is extremely roomy, so if you have average-width feet, expect a loose fit. Unfortunately, this causes the shoes to make a flip-flop sound when walking. Wearing thicker socks helps reduce the noise, but doesn’t completely eliminate it. On a positive note, the monogram is beautiful, as always! The quality and attention to detail of the monogramming are excellent. Overall, while the shoes are comfortable and attractive, I’m disappointed with the fit and concerned about their long-term durability."
