"I’ve purchased multiple personalized bags from ML and love them, but this one misses the mark. I love the style, but the thin straps immediately slipped through the brass fasteners. The bottom part of the straps are not thick enough to stay fastened to adjust the backpack. I’ve only used it for one week of work and already it’s fallen off while I’m wearing it. The reason I bought this was because of its backpack style, so unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be able to continue using it as my work bag."
"This is probably my least favorite MarleyLilly purchase. The leather is very stiff and not comfortable to wear on your shoulders (it hurts my shoulders) and the clasps that hold the fabric to the strap does not have grip causing the straps to disconnect quite often. I’ve been wearing the bag and it will just fall off because the straps disconnect. I would Pass on this bag if I was thinking of buying."
