"I bought these for vacation and started wearing them to break them in and let me tell you the bottom has no traction at all on a concrete hill (not steep at all ) I slipped and busted my knee open because of the bottom of these shoes . Very cute but very slippery and caused me to get hurt ."

Why when I put my initials as CSW it shows CWS?
I'd be happy to provide some guidance.  You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name. I want this sandals. Only thing that concerns me is the width. I don’t have a narrow foot. Not the widest. But ……. How is return on monogramm’s.
Hey Debora, Thanks so much for your interest in our products! These sandals are a pretty standard width but some customers have said they run slightly narrow. If you aren't able to wear other sandals, these might not work for you either! The discs on these sandals are removable, so if they don't fit - we can offer an exchange pending they are unworn and can be sold to another customer. They'd need to be shipped back to us by you and look brand new! Hope that answers all your questions, if not - email us!
