"I ordered this backpack and matching lunchbox for my daughter starting Kindergarten. We are a month into school and the zipper is already broken and the back pack is unusable… of course no where local has backpacks in stock since kids have already don’t back to school shopping. Now I’m stuck trying to find a replacement online to get here quickly. Also, the backpack is very lightly used during the day. I pack it in the morning, she unpacks at school and hangs it on her hook every day. No reason a zipper should break that easily. Just cheap."

"The design is cute, and I would say the size is good for any age up to a Kindergartener. However, my daughter used the backpack for a week, the zippers on the big pocket broke and now she is unable to use it. For the price of the backpack, you would think they would be a little more durable."

"Our backpack/lunch box are super cute and shipped fast but…within the first week of school the handle/loop that you use to hang your backpack up with, broke on one side, literally hanging by a thread so now there’s no way for her to hang it up. There’s also a small hole torn in the mesh pocket on the side."
