Wearing pants that fit well, measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of the leg.

Does the child sizes fit oversized/big? My oldest needs the YXL but it’s not an option ☹️…I’m afraid the adult S/M will fall off of her and I want them monogrammed so I won’t be able to return it if it’s too big
