"I really love the boots. In fact I ordered two more pair after receiving the first pair. I also appreciated the customer service. I contacted them via email about the original pair I ordered which was too small. They worked with me and walked my through returning them and sending a larger pair. My boots came quickly also. The monogram on the book was created perfectly. I will be ordering more from this company. I really like the quality of the product and the superb customer service. The boots run kind of small. I wear at size 10 but I had to get a size 11 which that fit perfectly I believe the book comes in whole sizes, something to considered but you will love the boot."

"I love them, but had to buy really thick socks because I normally wear an 8 1/2, but these only come in full sizes. I had to buy the size up and they were too big. The thick socks are very helpful."

My daughter wears an 8.5, and I dont know what would fit best the 8 or 9?
This item runs large. That said, a size 8 should fit like a regular 8.5.
I have a set of brand new boots, but they did not fit the person I ordered them for, for Christmas. Can I order a replacement monogrammed snap for these boots? If so, how do I go about doing that?

Are these slip resistant? If not, do you make any that are?
Hi Kristin! The boots are not slip resistant. Unfortunately, we do not carry any shoes that are slip resistant at this time.
