"I bought two of these for my mom and I. We both wear an 18/20W in tops normally so I thought surely a 2X/3X combo size would be fine but the arms are very narrow and the jacket barely zips. These fit more like an XL. I've gotten many things from MarleyLilly over the years and never had this issue so I'm guessing this is just a vendor that used different sizing. Unfortunately I can't return since they were monogrammed."
