Broke a month into school

"I got this backpack and the first week one of the zippers had already broken. They easily get stuck in the fabric of the zipper and causes them to jam and break. The second zipper broke about four weeks after having it and because it's my only backpack I have resorted to carrying around all my books with an open backpack which results in them falling down and just looking stupid around school I am very disappointed because his backpack was so cute and I was so excited to have it for my senior year and now I cannot have that I'll have to order a new one."

Q&A

Will this back pack hold a few books, and tablet without ripping the handles? It seems to get pretty heady with all the books and tablet. Seems to get awful heavy for a first grader. It would be for me as an adult to carry around

Would it be possible to get just my first and middle name instead of initials? I wouldn't mind paying extra for that.
Hi Brooke, Select items will allow a two-letter or 3+ letter monogram by selecting the name style.  Below is an example.  Unfortunately, only the name font will work for this number of letters but we do also offer single letters as an alternative for the first or last name only!  Happy Shopping!
