Rolling ivory tote

"This is an attractive tote, I got the tote with wheels to hold some of my school materials. However, because it does not have support on the sides when it is filled with books or notebooks it topples and must be dragged on its side. I was disappointed with it as a school bag but will keep it to use a normal tote after I remove the wheels."

"I love the concept but the rolling tote I received is very difficult to use (whether 1/2 full or totally ful)l because it will not stand up on its wheels. It falls over to one side or the other, making rolling very difficult. I’m really disappointed considering the cost of this rolling tote bag."

Very cute, but not practical.

"I was so excited to order and receive my personalized travel bag. Quality of bag itself is great overall and wonderful size. However, the handles are not sturdy enough to support the movement of rolling through an airport, sidewalk or parking lot. You actually have to drag the bag because the handles are not upright like on other rolling suitcases or bags. This causes your arm and shoulder undue stress, especially when covering large distances in large airports. I’ve now removed the wheels and just use it for overnights traveling by car. Please engineer the handles for better use for future customers of this product!"

I LOVE my rolling tote....in fact friends do too and have ordered one for themselves. I bought it specifically for when I play Mahjong once a week and it's been great, easy to maneuver, fantastic looking and so easy to carry my things. This Monday I noticed the seam has ripped on the inside . I have a photo but there's no place to attach HELP

How are the monograms configured? As far a first, middle, last?
Hi, I'd be happy to provide some guidance.  You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name.
