"My order was taken from my mailbox, FedEx had left the package on top of the mailbox, my mailbox is 1/4 mile from my house. I complained to FedEx and got no response!😡 I called Marleylilley fully expecting to just reorder. The customer service person, named Bre, was fantastic! Listened to my complaint and REPLACED MY ORDER FREE OF CHARGE! I received the replacement and everything was perfect! The order included cute PJ’s and a fuzzy hoodie for my daughter that currently is battling breast cancer. I wanted to give her something she will love and lets her know how beautiful and special she is. Marleylilly certainly delivered! Thank you!"
