"I ordered 4 bags, 3 of which I loved. The fourth was a purse that was a gift for Christmas. It was not as pictured and I could not get it to straighten out at all. I sent an email immediately and several weeks later still have not heard back from them. So it appears customer service isn’t great. Otherwise, I was happy with my purchase. Will probably purchase again but will be very careful about the products I purchase."
