"I actually did not realize the soft material this was until I got it. I do very much like the material, quality, and monogram, but the fit leave a bit to be desired. The arms are just a tiny bit short and ride up through the day so I’m constantly pulling them down. I like the length of the shirt itself but it is a bit more baggy than i prefer and either that or the material (or both) makes the shirt fall a bit oddly where it gives the illusion of a bigger belly than I actually have."

"I love the Softspun Sweatshirt so much that I have ordered several! I dropped some sizes and had to have some smaller clothes. The Cheetah was sold out when I had to go to a smaller size. I wish it would come back!"

Shipping & Color Match Issues
"If this were my company I would not use the current shipper. I followed my package as it traveled from your home facility north, then south, then farther south, and then farther north. It was quite well traveled and was in travel mode for quite some time. When you offer family matching I expect it will match, however some sets(velourAKAsoftspun) did not match. I would think that could have been caught before ever leaving your facility. I received an emailthat said I would be contacted within 24 hours, didn't happen. Returned an email to you and it repeated the 24hour deadline, and so on. Still waiting? The products are pretty that do match, sherpa. Runs wide."

- My Softspun Sweatshirt arrived today. It is so so big that I cannot wear it at all. The sizing was misleading. I always wear a large even if oversized but this is way too big. With only two options of sizing I went with my normal size but definitely should have ordered s/m. Can I return it for a small/medium?
- Regrettably, we do not accept exchanges due to limited inventory. What we would suggest is following the RMA instructions and sending the item back for a refund. Then, you can purchase the size you need now and have it processed while the other is on the way back to us! Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for items. All monogrammed items do not qualify for a return. However, if it is monogrammed, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
