- The pouch came attached to the inside of the bag instead of the outside. Can I pull the snap apart to move it to the outside? I dont want to break it.

- Hi Alisha! You can attach the monogrammed pouch by pushing the two prongs on the pouch into the designated holes on the tote.
- Does it have holes on the side? I don’t want sand inside?

- My handle keeps popping off! The plastic buttons want stay on ;( do you sell buttons kind of embarrassing walking with your cute bag and the handle pops.
