Q&A

What letter come first my maiden name or my married name
Hi Earnestine! I'd be happy to provide some guidance.  You will need to enter the initials in the box in the order of first name, middle name, last name. So if the name is Sarah Beth Connors you would type in SBC.  This will put the C in the center for the last name and reflect so in the monogram preview.  For more information about monogram, feel free to follow this link: https://marleylilly.com/monogram-101
I’m trying to order but my cousin has no middle name how can I do this
Hi Diane, You can enter two initials or more by selecting the name option! Happy Shopping!
How long does it take to get the product delivered??
Hi! Personalization takes about 2-5 days and then 2-10 for standard shipping!
On the mint cooler what color is the zipper- hot pink or corral- I wanted to embroider with that color but wasn’t sure wanted to make sure I was picking the right color
It would be closer to a coral color.
Can this be used to keep food hot?
Our Personalized Coolers are mainly designed to keep items cold. They don’t have the type of insulation needed to keep food or drinks hot/warm for an extended period of time.
