- I cannot get the monogram to accept the correct way I want the initials to appear. I want the last name in the middle and it reverts it .
- Hey Cindy, We ask that you enter your initials in natural order: First name, middle name, and then last name. Once you make a font selection, our site will automatically put your initials in the order based on the font's style. So if your name was Cindy Ann Smith, you'd enter your initials as CAS. If you select a female-style monogram, the last name will be placed in the center of the monogram without you having to type it that way! If you are still having trouble, please call us, and our agents would be happy to provide additional information. Thank you!
