Necklace Broken Upon Reciept

"I ordered a bracelet, earrings, necklace and a bag. The bag is amazing!! I love it but the jewelry not so much. The necklace was broken when I got it, I opened the package and it was the link with my initials was broken off on one side and not fixable or wearable 😞 the ring is really cute. Don’t wear it long it will leave your finger green. And the earrings are so adorable but don’t stay flat on your ear so you can read the initials they are heavy and no backs keep them flesh with the skin unfortunately. My first time trying their jewelry and probably last. Was expensive for it to not be wearable. Necklace was a total waste not even one wear and I could not find anywhere to call or send pictures."

"After my first order was lost in transit, customer service sent a replacement to me. Unfortunately, my excitement at receiving this new bag was short-lived because the replacement has not been monogrammed. The bag itself is pretty, has a lot of space and pockets, and seems well-made. It is just so plain without the desired monogram. Although I appreciate the attempt to make my order whole, it came up a little short."
