Delivery Turnaround on Orders
New orders can still arrive by Mother's Day. As of May 7th at 10 AM EST, customers must choose 'Before Mother’s Day' or 'Next Day Air' to receive a new order by Saturday, May 10th.
All orders placed using the 'Before Mother's Day' shipping method were shipped using a service with a estimated delivery date on or before 5/10, based on USPS and FedEx cut-off dates for the recipient’s address.

Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule so it will ship within 1-2 business days from our facility in Greenville, SC. The rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.
Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two. Filigree Jewelry has a 14-business-day processing time and cannot be rushed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online. Economy ships via FedEx Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage and has a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority Ground ships via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery and has a transit time of 2-5 days.
