We currently have openings in the following departments on both 1st (6:00 am - 2:00pm) & 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00 pm):

  • Graphics & Engraving
  • Embroidery

These positions will report to the Director of Production

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating the DyeSublimation, Engraving, Embroidery, Vinyl, and/or Fulfillment Departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for preparing and consulting with senior management on a weekly basis on key production reports in the department.
  • Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for operations.
  • Prepares operational schedules and coordinates production activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
  • Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
  • Develops or revises standard operating procedures and working practices, and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Senior Management for action.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervises employees in the Production Department as well as a dotted line of management to any Assistant Production Managers.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a team-based, manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or combination of high school diploma with several years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
