Warehouse Manager Second Shift

We currently have an opening in the Warehouse department on 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain
SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating the 2nd shift Warehouse Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review and update of Safety policies and procedures. Maintain 98% accident and incident free work environment.
- Responsible for Inventory Control- maintain 95-98% accuracy.
- Review and utilization of warehouse floor space.
- Respond timely to requests for assistance from internal customers.
- Manage daily labor utilization, replenishment management, return to stock management, cycle count management and quality control management.
- Maintain daily pick efficiency goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly supervises employees in the Warehouse Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in Warehouse management.
- Warehouse Management System experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
