Delivery Turnaround on Orders

Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule so it will ship within 2-3 business days from our facility in Greenville, SC. The rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.
Our staff is working around the clock to monogram and ship your order according to the USPS and FedEx cut-off dates based on your address. You’ll get a shipping confirmation when it leaves our facility. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online.
Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two. Filigree Jewelry has a 14-business-day processing time, cannot be rushed, and is no longer expected to arrive by Christmas Day!
If you placed your order with Economy or Priority Ground shipping prior to 12/8 at 12 PM EST, both of these methods are expected to arrive before Christmas.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online. Economy ships via FedEx Ground Economy or USPS Ground Advantage and has a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority Ground ships via USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery and has a transit time of 2-5 days.
